What are your service areas?

We serve a wide area, including surrounding suburbs. Our main service area is the Boise-Caldwell area, including Eagle, Garden City, Meridian, Star, Middleton, Nampa, and Kuna as well.

We offer service in our extended service areas, including McCall, Hailey, Ketchum, Mountain Home, Cascade, Twin Falls, Idaho Falls, and several others, though our rates are higher in these areas due to the extended travel required.

How do you determine pricing for your services?

Our pricing is based on the type of service, materials required, and the scope of the job. We provide transparent, upfront pricing before your initial service call, and if additional parts/service are needed we give you a clear estimate, so there are no surprises. Reach out to us to discuss specifics for your project or machine concerns.

What are your terms and refund policy?

Accepted Answer

In general, any parts that have been installed on your equipment and any services provided to you are non-refundable. Most parts come with some kind of warranty and if they are deemed to be defective within this warranty period we will replace them for no extra charge. If you have paid a deposit for a service call or repair, it may or may not be refundable depending on the nature of the deposit. Deposits for parts are non-refundable unless the parts supplier cancels the order. Once a quote is approved, all parts deposits are non-refundable as that money has been sent to the manufacturer or parts supplier for fulfillment.

Deposits on service call quotes are refundable until 3 business days before the scheduled appointment. Cancellation after this deadline makes the deposit non-refundable. These terms are outlined on your quote and linked in the email that came with your quote for easy reference.
